(Post by Aaron Cynic) Nearly 100 demonstrators rallied at the Thompson Center in Chicago on Earth Day after assembling and marching from the Vietnam Veterans memorial along Chicago’s riverwalk. Demonstrators called for an end to fracking, the use of Tar Sands oil, and railed against the expansion of a local refinery which would process it.
